  1. This sounds like a great opportunity to give NS a try! I lost 54 pounds on NS 6 years ago and have KEPT IT OFF! Like any “diet” program, you have to follow the directions and don’t make up your own rules. Here are some words of advice to everyone: The frozen foods are absolutely delicious! If you like Lean Cuisine or Kashi or any of the other name brands, you will love the Chef’s Table entrees. Yes, they are significantly more expensive than NS’s other entrees but you can order them in “Sampler” packs to disperse them into the less expensive shelf-stable foods.

Just my unbiased opinion…I was not given free food to say this!

  2. Do you know where in the WM store these are found? I see that the diabetic one is at the pharmacy. I just need the regular kit. WM overwhelms me a little…LOL! So if I know exactly where to go, then I’ll be good. Thanks!

  3. The diabetic program is just fine to use if your not diabetic. On nutrisystems website you can look at the foods available for a non-diabetic. Very good food. It has been one year that I have been on the program.
