With all the stress that abounds this time of year, the number of birthdays (count 3), anniversary, wedding the kids are participating in, not to mention the jolliness of Christmas, New Years, bad EEG results, family “fun” and anything else life would like to throw in the mix, like a water leak and mold….I find myself walking around smiling.
Even on break…you know – ‘BREAK’, with chaos running into me, bouncing off and screaming in the other direction because “the monster’s chasing us”….I’m smiling. Breezing through most of what comes my way with a deep breath and an ease of calm. It’s nice. It’s the season.
‘Tis the season, the days of hope and honest appreciation of the love that you have in your life. The strength your family holds, that your children hold. It’s warm. It sparkles. For me it’s hit.
So on the Eve of Christmas, I’m sending my warmth and inner calm to you and yours.

(Now, it’s on to watch the Grinch)
